Ms. Bindrup practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, real estate, contracts, and estate planning.  Ms. Bindrup joined the firm in 2011, after obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was the Class Valedictory Speaker.  Ms. Bindrup attended Cooley on a 75% tuition scholarship and received American Jurisprudence/Book Award for the highest grade in her Bankruptcy class.  She also participated in the Cooley Estate Planning clinic, which provides estate planning services to low-income clients.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bindrup worked in a variety of large legal practices, including a multi-billion dollar company and a multi-state law firm.  Ms. Bindrup graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a degree in Sociology, where she was a teaching and research assistant to the Dean of the Sociology Department.  While completing her Bachelor’s degree at BYU, she also attended Utah Valley University, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies (with honors).  Ms. Bindrup enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, David, who is also an attorney, and their daughter.
